If there is enough proof that the item does not fit your vechicle, we will be responsible for the return shipping fee and full refund will be issued to the buyer. We might need some pictures to prove to us how the item does not fit. If customer believes that the item does not fit your car, we highly recommended our customer to go the professional installation or get more information about how the item does not fit.Once the item is back to us, we will exchange the perfect item to the customer and we will pay for the reshipping fee as well. And you can take the item to the UPS/FedEx/USPS drop off location to return the item to us.
